New California laws are going into effect, among them is a ban against text-messaging while driving. Blogsessed is with the Governator on this one: “Text-Driving is Worse than Drunk-Driving.” At least drunk drivers are trying their best to not get pulled over… Guess Arnold won’t be updating his Twitter account while cruising in the hummer anymore.

Charlie Villanueva, tweeting as CV31, was reprimanded by his team the Milwaukee Bucks for sneaking a twitt to his website during halftime in a game against the Celtics. He posted: “In da locker room, snuck to post my twitt. We’re playing the Celtics, tie ball game at da half. Coach wants more toughness. I gotta step up.” And he did, they won. Needless to say, you’ll have to wait for post-game analysis from Charlie in the future.
